SHE Consulting provides four core service areas, delivered through the SHE Training Academy and SHE Workforce Hub by experienced healthcare professionals with decades of NHS and international experience.
We help healthcare organisations design, build, and accredit world-class simulation programmes. Our team founded the largest simulation centre in Yorkshire and created the UK's first national simulation standards and accreditation framework, now adopted internationally and endorsed by the NMC, Health Education England, SESAM, and the Irish Simulation Society.
We create and deliver transformative education programmes spanning the full spectrum of healthcare careers — from medical students to senior consultants and executives. Our programmes cover clinical skills, management competencies, and faculty development.
Our quality improvement methodology is built on formal QI training at Intermountain Healthcare, Utah, USA, and draws on the proven principles of the Toyota Production System, bespoke-adapted for your organisation's unique context, culture, and challenges. Our consultants have a track record of establishing QI forums, postgraduate QI qualifications, and peer-reviewed journals to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
We provide leadership training and board-level strategic support for healthcare organisations seeking to drive excellence, culture change, and sustainable improvement. Our team holds NHS Leadership Academy Executive Leadership qualifications, MBAs, and has led organisational transformation at Trust Board level — including workforce strategy, anti-bullying culture programmes, and international recruitment partnerships.

SHE Consulting is implementing a state-wide Compression-only CPR (CoCPR) training and research initiative in collaboration with the Government of Tamil Nadu. Developed in partnership with the Government of Tamil Nadu and senior IAS officers, the project aims to equip government school students with lifesaving emergency response skills through evidence-based simulation training, faculty development and structured skills assessment.
Formally approved by the Health Secretary following high-level multi-departmental consultations, the project is being implemented through a structured three-phase model: Pilot — Validation — Full-scale Rollout.
The initiative positions Tamil Nadu as a national leader in scalable public health education, building community resilience and strengthening early emergency response capability across the state.
