Executive Director
Consultant Anaesthetist, Former Chief Medical Officer (NHS)
Prof Makani Purva is a senior clinician in the UK with 33 years' experience in the field of anaesthesia. She has 15 years' corporate experience working at senior leadership level in the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. Working at Board level for five years as Chief Medical Officer at a large tertiary care NHS hospital, steering the organisation through a very difficult pandemic, Prof Purva brings significant experience of managing complex portfolios of clinical and corporate governance.

Mrs Rajendran leads engagement and operations at SHE Consulting, ensuring seamless delivery of our consulting services across the UK and India.
A competent and dynamic healthcare strategic manager with over 16 years of experience in the NHS with a clear understanding of health policies, targets and quality metrics and a strong drive to bring innovation to healthcare. Passionate about leading and supporting services to deliver safe and effective care whilst incorporating a continuous improvement approach to clinical pathways bringing positive change.
Aarthi has extensive experience of deploying complex programmes of work within major NHS hospitals with optimal use of resources. With a critical understanding of patient flow, discharge pathways and community care, she focuses on individual needs and addressing unmet needs in the health ecosystem. As a transformational leader, she is keen to support organisations deliver effective programmes of change and improve care.
Surgeon
Mr Hemadri brings professional QI and management training with experience designing and delivering university masters courses in QI and leadership, large-scale training programmes in clinical quality improvement, and internal consultancy on systems-level QI. His interests include implementing the concept of increasing clinical quality to optimise operational costs by teaching, setting up sustainable systems with bespoke healthcare-specific human factors and specialised leadership.
